even today there was water problem. washing machine was quite full. in the afternoon I decided to take a chance. the water has been very slow in the toilet tap. so the washing takes for ever. I have to fill the tank with other means, like a Pateela or bucket. I had done it earlier too. any ways I did it pretty well and in fact the washing got over faster than usual.
I opened Kishu's bag and took a look inside, just to know what all is there in case I have to open it at the airport. the weighs 17kg and the hold-all 8kg. I was thinking to tell Manju to forget about it, since it has got many holes also.
I called Buaji and spoke to her and Pappu. We had a long chat. they will pick me from the airport and take me to GZB. there is a Havan at 5pm. Kishu will also have reached.
I called Manju too and told her about the hold-all. she agreed. also spoke to kishu informing her about her gift from us and Dharam. she spoke very sweetly today. she said they were going to the market to collect clothes from the tailor.
at 4 IPL started but got washed out during second innings.
People from throttlecube also responded to my mail with the CV. they said the marketing head will see it and get back to me.
pappu said they will be coming for Kalika's wedding. he is booking tickets for Shaym chacha and Buaji too. last night Seema called and we had long chat.
today was a nice day.
Sumit had written in his mail a couplet for me:- sab kuchh mila mujhe jo usne chaha; par wo na mila jo maine chaha.
no problem. today I did some positive work on myself. correcting my thoughts on 'what i don't have'. and i did enjoy the feeling of everything good that happened today. it was not neccessarily good in a sense; but it was perception that everything was going smooth today.

My ticket to delhi has been playing truant with me. first they sent me an sms saying that my flight has been canceledshould call them for rescheduling. i did that and got it done for the same day but a 'via' Jaipur flight. They converted my direct flight into a via one and asked me to chose another one without any charges. I had a long telephonic talk with their BPO. They are saying that my ticket is confirmed now; but I feel I should do it through some agent too. As my ticket is promotional one with zero fare, they want to corner me.
Munna called and wanted to speak to me. they are not coming from Jaipur. it is fine. to travel all the way just for night is too tirng for anyone. ananta too had spoken to me about studying in Mumbai. I told her it is not easy to get admission etc. even sushila told them that perhaps she is not ready to be in this city. life here is too fast and here she may get carried away. but poor thing even she is so frustrated there that she is not able to handle that too.
munna asked me if i can make a short trip to jaipur to chat with him for a few hours. i called go air to find out if I can get off at Jaipur instead of delhi, they did not allow me. they said it is against the rules, if the ticket is for delhi I can not be allowed to alight earlier. they did not budge, although they can save money by selling my seat to someone else. but NO. so I have given up. I will just go to delhi and come back.
Small surprise happened when Anju, Ketav and their nephew came over few days back. Ketav lost his younger brother on 7th apr. another surprise was Amit's mssg asking me how is everyone. I replied to him in tight detail, to which also he replied by :)
I wrote to Sumit that how everything keeps falling in place for me in every area of life; but for work area. So I wonder if it would not be a good time to land a job at this time. may be something more right and suitable will fill the gap for me. But then 'when' is the million dollar question.
thank god so far I have not allowed myself to fall in the frustration trap. it would have been very sad for me and everyone. I guess I am too strong to fall prey to it.
After kishu left on 10th apr, i got in touch with arunima to plan picking up the luggage to be carried to delhi. I also mailed her the 'last supper' pix. she wrote back saying that 'i hope it is not the last supper for us and may be we will have more suppers later on'. i was happy with her mail and told her 'yes of course we will have more dinners'. arunima is a bright girl too. she has done her Ph D in 'organisational psychology' and she working for some internation company called DDI (Development Dimensions International).
I had told Arunima in Kishu's room on 9th Apr that I will be keeping in touch with her. I will need someone after Kishu has gone from here, to which she replied, 'I am honored.'

There are bullet holes across entire length of the fast-food glass panel. Sadly owner of this fast-food joint was the only person to get hit by a bullet. At the time of filming this, he was in ICU in a serious condition. Nov 26, 2008.
We had a party on Nov 22, 2008. Some white balloons were invited too. They entertained us with their frolic and flowing dance movements.
In around 1993, I was shooting for a TV show on 'mouth and foot
painting artistes' at Mumbai's famous Jehangir Art Gallery. I met many
differently-abled painters whose amazing work was displayed there. They
do such fine work by holding a brush in their mouth or between their
toes! It is the spirit of a 'thriving artiste' and positivity in them
that drives them to do such good work.
I had acquired these two paintings by mouth painter Naidu Elangovan. I am happy they still adorn my space.
